The units are updated, neat with a good view and 2 windows at the highest level plus souble beds. The price is gbp 334. The location is central, adjacent to so many eateries and near Petaling street as well as all shops and eateries.
Views are bad.

Rooms are clean, location is close to city attractions, getting a cab is pretty easy from this hotel.
Worst staff I have ever seen. I have stayed at many hotels and for the first time I have heard from things like "I am busy" from hotel staff. All the hotel staff are downright rude. Service is considered as a favour. We arrived at midnight, and inspite of prior information, there was no facility for a bell boy, etc to shift the luggage of our group from the taxi to the room. So we ended up carrying our large luggage (due to a long trip) all by ourselves. Despite prior information, extra bedding was not avialable and we three people were asked to sleep on one small queen bed. Terrible staff. THe only saving grace is the manager, Mr. Michael. He is nice man, and was extremely helpful.Wish he could train his staff better. Worst staff is during the breakfast. THe breakfast is pretty below averagishish. Only cold mild for tea, no choice of eggs. Snail slow service and repeated requests to get simple things. The price is not low enough to justify this. Pay the same and get better service at other hotels.

Nice, clean hotel in China Town; walking distance from main sites. Good location for taxis, public transport sys., Even the Hop On and Off Bus stops there. Safe place, no worries. 5 Elements management is REALLY helpful, in particular I would like to mention here Maha, who is a great organizer, speaks good English and always there to help you! THANKS Maha! Also, they can arrange great tours for you; nice addition. Thanks, Paul, USA Professor of Engineering
1. The breakfast staff is quite unfriendly. Whilst the selection of the food is quite good (mostly backed and fried Chinese style food...), they offer you only water as a soft drink; you have to ask specially for juices of which they have very limited selections and clearly trying to save it... To whom? In a country where orange and mango grows everywhere...? 2. The fans are very noisy in the rooms even at min. cool aircon levels... you get used to it but definitely very noisy... The location is great being in Chinatown, close to Petaling street without the noise and hassle. Pasar Seni metro station and other transport was all within easy reach. The rooms are spacious with great lighting. We also got a free upgrade to one of the upper floor 'elements' rooms which have a pretty good view.
Although the bedding and essentials were fresh and clean, the floor had not been vacuumed recently and the shower was pretty grubby. The rooms definitely need a better clean, given that this is not budget/backpacker accommodation.

The best part of our stay was the cooperation of a lovely person and a gentleman called mr.micheal.he was very good and caring towards our whole family.
The only hitch was the non availibility of a bell boy to carry our luggage to the room.other than this everything was fantastic and rooms were very good with a fantastic views of petronas and kl tower.

Look for a deluxe queen room with great air-conditioning and a nice view along with a double single bedroom for your stay.

The location, the staff responded directly on our requests.
The rooms are a bit poorly maintained and are not cleaned properly. Next to this the airconditioning is really very loud and noisy.
